Machynlleth is on the Birmingham to Aberystwyth train line, which can also be accessed via Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton. This line is served by Arriva Wales trains. To support sustainable transport we now offer half price admission on production of a valid train ticket to Machynlleth.
The Visitor Centre is about three miles north of the Machynlleth train station, so you can continue your bus journey by bus, taxi, bicycle or on foot. If you arrive by person-powered or public transport you will receive £1 off the normal entry price.
